General Information
FUNCTION ROOMS - We have two beautiful function rooms, our Lounge and our Bistro. Private function rooms require a $75 room charge.
DEPOSIT and AGREEMENT - The Brickyard requires a minimum deposit of the greater of $250 or 25% of the estimated cost on the day the agreement is executed. This is a non-refundable fee which gaurantees your event on your preferred date and time and will be applied to your final invoice. We accept cash, check, or charge. Please make checks out to ANR Restaurants LLC
PAYMENT - Final payment is due on the day of your event. Final payments must be in the form of cash or charge.
ALCOHOL SERVICE - At The Brickyard we take the service of alcohol seriously. All of our bartenders have the experience and professionalism to serve your guests properly. Therefore, we add a $75 set up fee for bar service if needed. Absolutely no alcoholic beverages may be brought into the premises.
GRATUITY - We will have the correct number and best employees to serve your event. An 18% service charge will be added to your bill, as well as a 4% kitchen service charge.
MINIMUM - We require a minimum of $600 in food
FINAL MENU & GAURENTEE - We require the menu and final guest count 7 days prior to the event. The guest count at this time will be the minimum number of people that will be charged on the final bill. Our price includes the event for up to 4 hours, private or semi private depending on the agreement.
CHILDREN - The Brickyard's Kid's Menu is available. All kid's entrees are plated. Please refer to our Kid's Menu for selections.
CAKES/TABLECLOTHS - We have venors we work with thatcan help with any cakes imaginable. Please let us know if you would like a cake and we can discuss options. Any cakes brought to the event must be from a commercial kitchen and will be subject to a $25 fee. Tablecloths available upon advance request at $5 per table.
DECORATIONS - Nothing can be attached to the walls in the rooms. Absolutley no glitter or confetti.
